Accommodation Terms

1. Scope of Services

PeraHomes provides revenue optimisation, technology consultancy and operational support services for hospitality businesses. The scope and process of the services provided are set out in the proposal and/or the contract.

2. Responsibilities

The client is obliged to provide access to the necessary information and data. PeraHomes keeps the data shared with it confidential and uses it solely to perform the service.

3. Payment and Invoicing

Fees and payment terms are subject to the conditions set out in the proposal or contract. Statutory rights in respect of late payment are reserved.

4. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may exercise its right of termination in accordance with the terms set out in the contract. On termination, the refund of amounts already paid depends on the terms of the contract.

5. Changes

PeraHomes may update these terms of service. Updates apply from the date they are published on this page.
