1. Scope of services

PeraHomes provides services in Airbnb management, hotel management, short-term rental operations, revenue optimisation, dynamic pricing, guest communication and concept development.

The scope of the services to be provided is determined by the proposal, contract, written agreement or service plan made between the parties.

2. User and client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing, accurately and on time, the information, access, property details and operational data needed for the services to be carried out properly.

The analyses, recommendations and reports prepared by PeraHomes are produced on the basis of market conditions, the characteristics of the property, channel performance and the data provided.

3. Proposals, pricing and payment

Service fees are set according to scope, the number of properties, the operating model, integration requirements and the level of support. The payment schedule and invoicing terms are set out in the relevant contract or proposal document.

Late payment may result in the suspension of services or the other consequences set out in the contract.

4. Performance of the services

PeraHomes aims to provide its services with professional care. However, outcomes such as occupancy rate, revenue growth, booking volume or platform rankings can vary with market conditions and third-party platforms.

PeraHomes cannot be held responsible for delays, errors or loss of performance arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

5. Intellectual property and use of content

Strategy documents, analyses, reports, visual recommendations, copy and operating plans prepared by PeraHomes are treated as part of PeraHomes know-how unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Brands, images, property information and content provided by the client may be used solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

6. Cancellation, termination and changes

Either party may end the service in accordance with the terms set out in the contract. Termination, cancellation and refund processes are assessed against the relevant contract or proposal terms.

PeraHomes may update these terms of service. Updated terms apply from the date they are published on this page.
