Accommodation Infrastructure for Travel Agencies

Hotel allocation closes in high season and pricing becomes unpredictable. Apartment accommodation gives you an advantage on both cost and capacity, especially for families and groups.

The bottleneck in season

In high season hotel allocation closes early and the rooms left come at unexpected prices. When a group booking comes in there aren't enough rooms in one hotel, and the party gets split up.

For families and longer stays, a hotel room pushes the cost per person up. For a family of four, one apartment beats two rooms on both price and comfort — but finding a single point of contact on the apartment side is hard.

What you get

  • Allocation and pricing agreed before the season, city and coastal destinations together
  • One point of contact: bookings, changes and problems through a single channel
  • Multi-bedroom apartments for families and groups
  • An arrangement that fits invoicing and corporate processes
  • On-site response to guest problems; it doesn't land on the agency

How we start

  1. 01 We map out your seasonal demand profile and guest type together
  2. 02 We agree on the suitable properties and the allocation plan
  3. 03 The booking flow and communication protocol are set up
  4. 04 At the end of the season we review performance together

How we work together

At the start of the season, allocation and pricing are agreed against your demand profile. That agreement protects you from in-season price swings.

Bookings, changes and cancellations run through one channel. If a guest has a problem in the apartment it goes straight to our operations team; it never reaches the agency.

How a season typically runs

  1. 01 Before the season: we discuss the guest numbers you expect, length of stay and the spread of destinations.
  2. 02 The agreement: how many units in which properties, for which dates and at what price, all in writing.
  3. 03 In season: bookings come through one channel; changes and cancellations are handled on the agreed terms.
  4. 04 End of season: occupancy, guest feedback and anything that went wrong are reviewed together, and the next season is planned from that.

Frequently asked questions

Is the allocation really guaranteed?

The units and dates written into the agreement are held for you. The guarantee conditions and cancellation rules are defined by both sides in the contract.

Commission or net rate?

Either works. Most agencies prefer to work on a net rate; which suits you is something we settle in conversation.

What if a guest has a problem in the apartment?

It goes straight to our operations team and is dealt with the same day. The agency doesn't have to follow it up.
