1. Data controller and scope

In respect of personal data processed through its website, communication channels and service processes, PeraHomes may act as either data controller or data processor within the framework of the applicable legislation.

This notice applies to prospective clients, existing clients, business partners, suppliers and website visitors.

2. Categories of data processed

Identity, contact, customer transaction, request and complaint, transaction security and marketing preference data may be processed, along with property or operational information where the nature of the service requires it.

Processing special categories of personal data is not part of the ordinary scope of PeraHomes services. We recommend that such data is not shared with us.

3. Legal bases

Data may be processed on the legal bases of entering into or performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interest, explicit consent, and the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.

Where required for marketing communications, explicit consent or another valid legal basis provided for in the applicable legislation is relied upon.

4. Data subject rights

Under KVKK and GDPR you may have rights including access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or anonymisation, objection to processing, and data portability.

The scope of your rights is assessed according to the nature of the request and the legislation in force.

You can send data subject requests to info@perahomes.com.tr. So that your request can be assessed, please state it clearly and include information that helps us verify your identity.

PeraHomes reviews and responds to requests within the statutory time limits.
