Security Principles
1. Our approach to information security
PeraHomes applies technical and administrative measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of client and property data.
Our security approach rests on access control, authorisation, data minimisation, regular monitoring and secure communication.
2. Access control
Access to systems and client data is limited by operational need and level of authorisation. Team members can only reach the information required for their own area of responsibility.
Password security, account management and periodic review of permissions are part of our security practice.
3. Data transfer and storage
We take care to use secure communication channels and appropriate technical measures when transferring data. Sensitive information is not shared or stored unnecessarily.
Client data is kept only for the purposes the service requires, and deletion, destruction or anonymisation is applied at the end of the retention period.
4. Third-party services
In delivering its services, PeraHomes may work with third-party services such as booking platforms, analytics tools, email services, and payment or operations software.
Data shared with these services is limited to what the service requires, and providers with appropriate security standards are chosen.
5. Incident management
In the event of a security incident, the scope of the impact is assessed, the necessary technical action is taken, and the relevant parties are notified where the legislation requires it.
