What do we do?
PeraHomes is a hospitality operations company. We run the listing, pricing, sales channels, guest communication, cleaning and maintenance of homes let on Airbnb and short-term rental.
We don't take the property. Ownership, your own right to use it, the floor-price decision and the right to end the contract all stay with you. We build the operation, run it and report on how it performs.
Why one team?
In short-term rental you cannot separate the pricing decision from the cleaning schedule. Raising the rate on a busy weekend depends on the cleaning team being able to turn three apartments around at the same hour that weekend.
That is why we don't split revenue management and field operations across separate companies. The person setting the rate and the person scheduling the cleaning share a desk.
Where do we work?
We work across Türkiye, with our head office team in Istanbul. The operation is busiest in Istanbul, Antalya, Izmir, Muğla, Ankara and around Cappadocia. For a location not on that list we look at the property's profile and our portfolio nearby, then tell you plainly whether we can take it on — including when we can't.
Transparency
The monthly report covers occupancy, average nightly rate, channel mix, and cleaning and maintenance records. Where a pricing or operational decision changed, the reasoning goes into the report too.
The operating figures we publish on this site are verified. The values in square brackets in the case studies are placeholders still awaiting the owner's approval; until that approval comes they are not presented as real performance.
