Medium-Term Accommodation for Relocation and Expat Companies
A newly arrived employee can't go house-hunting in their first week. Medium-term accommodation covers the three to six months until they find a permanent home — and gives the company a predictable cost line.
The problem with the first three months
A foreign employee can't rent a home on arrival: the tax number, bank account, guarantor and deposit all take time. Every week in a hotel is both expensive and a week their settling in is delayed.
On the company side the cost becomes unpredictable. Hotel rates fluctuate, invoicing scatters, and the HR team ends up coordinating accommodation.
What you get
- Fully furnished apartments, liveable from day one
- Corporate invoicing under a single contract
- Flexible terms: stays from one month to six
- Support in four languages; your employee isn't left alone until they've settled
- The same equipment and service standard in every city we operate in
How we start
- 01 The employee profile, budget and location preferences are established
- 02 The property pool and corporate terms are agreed
- 03 Arrival, the stay and departure all run through one point of contact
- 04 When the employee moves to a permanent home, the handover is coordinated
How we work with companies
A property pool is built around the employee profile, budget range and location preferences. The apartments in it are chosen for what a long stay needs: a desk, fast internet, laundry.
The invoice goes to the company, itemised by stay. Extension and early-departure terms are defined from the start.
How a relocation runs
- 01 The HR team sends the arrival date, the employee profile and the office location.
- 02 An apartment within a reasonable distance of the office, equipped for a long stay, is held.
- 03 The employee moves in on the day they arrive, and is met and shown around the area in their own language.
- 04 Once a permanent home is found, the departure is coordinated and the invoicing and reporting close out to the company.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum stay?
For medium term we usually start at one month. For shorter requests we can hold a suitable apartment from our short-term pool.
What if the employee brings their family?
The apartment is chosen for the family, taking into account the number of bedrooms and the distance to schools and the office. Extra equipment can be requested for stays with children.
What happens if the stay is extended?
Where the apartment is free, the stay continues in it. Where it isn't, we offer an alternative nearby and coordinate the move.
